Owner / Head Instructor

A third generation artist, Steve has been teaching Studio Art for over 20 years. He is also a professional tattoo artist and commission muralist. Have a project, new tattoo or a cover up tattoo in mind?

"Hows it going, Steve here, I am the owner and head instructor here at E-98 Art Studio. Ive been and artist my whole life, its what makes me, well...me. My Dad is a professional artist and instructor as was his Dad as well believe it or not. Teaching art is all I know. I have such a passion as far as teaching goes, I always say I wish I was rich cause I would do this for free, and that's the TRUTH. I love watching my students overcome their artistic obstacles, that moment when it finally clicks for them and they literally see it come to life right in front of them either in paint, pencil, ink or clay, it really is an amazing feeling.

So if your an artist who is just starting out, a mid-range journeyman or a old pro, I say stop by and see what E-98 has to offer you with YOUR artistic journey or vice versa even. After all, we are ALL just students at the end of the day."

Meet Moria!

"Hi, my name is Moria, I am the Administrative directive of E-98 Art Studio. I am committed to providing the best support to help our staff. I oversee all daily operations here at our studio. We take pride in being apart of this family legacy that Steve and I are continuing to build, create and bring to the next level. Watching and being a part of the studio and helping it grow has been beyond rewarding. I look forward to meeting and working with you."

Hallie Corrow

Hallie Corrow is a new addition to the E98 art studio team, as well as the Rome community. She moved here from Lake Placid NY at the end of the summer. Hallie is a recent graduate from SUNY Potsdam, majoring in Studio Art with an emphasis on printmaking. Much of her art draws inspiration from nature, and her favorite novels. Between printmaking, drawing, designing and painting for the last several years she has always held true to her dream of becoming a tattoo artist. After a decade of working towards this goal she is very excited to see what e98 art studio has in store for her art and her future. Cullen Harrington

Cullen Harrington is a Rome native returning home after 8 years away having earned his art degree at SUNY Potsdam. As a new member of the E98 Art Studio team he looks forward to joining the ranks of the tattoo community as well as becoming a first time at-home business owner. Cullen has backgrounds in printmaking, painting, drawing, photography, and design. He draws his inspiration from all things nature, and loves classic video games and pop culture. When he’s not hard at work on art, Cullen can often be found hanging out with his best friend, Scout the German Shepherd.
